Vexed Support
I've never heard of Vexed before - how is it a "classic"?
Vexed is based on the Palm game of the same name. However, it is completely re-written from scratch for the iPhone/iPod touch
What is the moves counter measuring? It shows how many moves you've made, relative to how many moves the solution takes (so you can see if you're doing better or not). Note that dragging a piece multple spaces counts as multiple moves
I finished a level, but didn't do good enough? If you take more moves than the known solution does, you'll have an opportunity to "do better". You can just go onto the next puzzle, if you'd rather not.
I did better then the built in solution Good for you - there are a number of puzzles whose solutions aren't the shortest possible.
Why can't I just skip to the next level? Well that would be cheating, but if you want, you can tap the "Info" button and just change the current puzzle from the level selection settings.
What does "Save" and "Restore" do? "Save" saves the state of the current puzzle, and "Restore" restores it. This may seem useless, but some puzzles can be broken down into different phases, and if you screw up a later phase you may not want to start over from the beginning (or repeatedly hit undo). You can then "Save" the state after clearing off some of the pieces and restore back to that "good" point later. (Note that the saved state is cleared when you go to a different level)
