Cardographer is an application that allows you to design custom playing card (including "picture decks") for printing or use in mondo solitaire. It knows how to make playing cards (where to lay out the pips, the various labels, rotating images and the like), you just customize how they look, including by adding your own images. And by dragging and dropping from the built in media browser, you can quickly convert an iPhoto album into a custom photo deck.
